Shipping Policy

Free shipping across India on every order. No minimum order value and no hidden delivery charges.

Dispatch time

Every Shopping247 product is printed to order. Your order is printed, quality-checked and dispatched within 5–7 working days of order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner. Remote areas and some PIN codes may take a few extra days.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details by email. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

To make sure your order reaches you on time, please enter your complete and correct delivery details at checkout:

Full name
House or flat number, building name and street
Area and a nearby landmark
City and state
Correct 6-digit postal PIN code
An active mobile number for the courier to reach you

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, a wrong PIN code, or an unreachable phone number. If an order comes back to us for these reasons, it can be shipped again only after the re-shipping charges are paid.

Payment

We currently accept prepaid orders only, through UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed because of courier issues, weather, festivals or other situations outside our control. If your order is delayed, email us and we will follow up with the courier for you.
