Order Processing Time

We usually ship products within 3–5 working days after the order is confirmed.

Delivery Time

Make sure to mention correct, complete adress with correct pincode.

Orders within India are generally delivered in 5–8 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or remote location.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on product availability and courier movement. For Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days or longer in some locations.

  • Free Cash on Delivery (COD) - currently not available.
  • Currently, Shopping247.in ships orders only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking link and tracking code. You can use these details to check the status of your shipment.

Courier assignment depends on the delivery pincode and service availability.

Delivered But Not Received

If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received the package, it is usually because the order may have been received by a family member, neighbour, flatmate, or office staff.

In genuine cases, we will investigate the issue carefully and, if required, provide a full refund after proper verification. The investigation process may take up to 10 working days.

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please inform us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will raise the issue with our courier partner and work to resolve it. After this timeframe, it becomes difficult to verify the issue, and we may not be liable for any loss.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
