Return & Refund Policy

Every Shopping247 product is printed to order, just for you. Because each piece is made only after you place your order, we cannot take products back for a change of mind or a wrong choice. Please read this policy carefully before you order.

No exchange, no return, no refund

We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for:

  • Choosing the wrong size, colour or design
  • Change of mind, or no longer needing the product
  • Fit or personal preference
  • Small colour differences between your screen and the printed product
  • Orders refused at delivery, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address

When we will help

We will send you a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not possible, only if:

  • You received the wrong size, colour or print from what you ordered, or
  • The product arrived damaged, or has a print or manufacturing defect

How to report a wrong or damaged product

  1. Record an unboxing video. Record one clear, unedited video from the moment you open the sealed package until the product and the problem are fully visible. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
  2. Report within 7 days of delivery. Email info@shopping247.in with your order number, the unboxing video, and clear photos of the problem. Claims reported after 7 days cannot be accepted.
  3. Keep the product unused. Do not wash, wear or alter the product, and keep the tags and packaging until we confirm your claim.

We review every claim and reply within 2 working days. Once approved, the replacement is printed and dispatched within 5–7 working days at no extra cost. If a refund is approved, it is sent to your original payment method.

Please check carefully before you order

  • Size: Check the size chart in the product images and compare it with a T-shirt you already own. Oversized and regular fits are sized differently, so read the fit note in the product description.
  • Colour: Select the colour you want and check it in the product photos. Screens can show colours slightly differently.
  • Design: Check both the front and back print in the photos before you place your order.
  • Address: Make sure your full postal address, 6-digit PIN code and phone number are correct.

Cancellations

Orders go into printing soon after they are placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us immediately. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
