Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every Shopping247 product is printed only after you place your order, using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. This means less waste and a product made just for you.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are printed, checked and dispatched within 5–7 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We offer free shipping across India on every order, with no minimum order value.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also check the status on our Track Order page.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Not at the moment. We currently accept prepaid orders only.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through our secure payment partner.

Can I exchange or return a product?

No. Because every product is printed to order, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for the wrong size, colour or design choice, a change of mind, or fit preference. Please check the size chart, colour and design carefully before ordering.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

If you receive the wrong size, colour or print, or a damaged or defective product, email info@shopping247.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number, an unedited unboxing video and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will send a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not possible. Claims without an unboxing video, or reported after 7 days, cannot be accepted. How do I choose the right size?

Check the size chart in the product images and compare it with a T-shirt you already own. Read the fit note in each product description: oversized tees have a relaxed, drop-shoulder fit, while regular-fit tees and polos are true to size.

What is the difference between regular and oversized fit?

Regular fit sits clean through the body with set-in sleeves, like an everyday tee. Oversized fit has dropped shoulders, a wider chest and a longer length for a relaxed streetwear look.

Are your products unisex?

Most of our T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are unisex. Our polos are cut as a men's regular fit. If you prefer a closer fit, size down once.

What does GSM mean?

GSM stands for grams per square metre, the weight of the fabric. Our oversized tees are heavyweight 240 GSM cotton, our Supima and DryFit tees are lighter 160 GSM, and our polos are 220 GSM cotton Airtex.

How should I wash my product?

Wash cold and inside out with similar colours. Do not bleach. Dry in shade or tumble dry on low, and iron inside out, never directly on the print. Acid-washed products should be washed separately for the first few washes.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us immediately with your order number. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Why should I give my full address and PIN code?

A complete address with the correct 6-digit PIN code and an active phone number helps the courier deliver on time. Orders returned because of an incorrect address can be shipped again only after re-shipping charges are paid.
