What does 240 GSM mean?
GSM stands for grams per square metre - the weight of the fabric. 240 GSM is heavyweight cotton, substantially thicker and longer-lasting than the 160-180 GSM cotton most fast-fashion t-shirts use. It is the standard for premium tees.
Will the t-shirt shrink after wash?
No. Every Suvy t-shirt is pre-shrunk before stitching, so the size you order is the size you keep. Wash cold and tumble dry low or line dry to preserve fit and colour.
Are Suvy t-shirts unisex?
Yes. Our regular fit and oversized fit are both designed unisex. Women looking for a tighter fit should size down once. Men typically order their usual size. The size chart on every product page shows exact chest, length, and shoulder measurements.
What is the difference between regular and oversized fit?
Regular fit sits clean through the body with set-in sleeves - the everyday tee silhouette. Oversized fit is drop-shoulder, wider through the chest, with a longer back hem and deeper armholes - the streetwear silhouette.
Do you ship across India?
Yes - free shipping to every pincode, no minimum order. Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Tier-2 cities: 4-7 days. Remote pincodes: 7-10 days.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available pan-India on orders up to Rs 5,000. A small Rs 50 COD handling fee is added at checkout. UPI and all major cards are zero handling fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex), net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay), and Cash on Delivery up to Rs 5,000.
Can I exchange a t-shirt?
Yes - 7-day easy exchange with free reverse pickup. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We currently offer exchange or store credit only, not cash refunds.
How do I start an exchange?
Email shopping247in@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange for. We will send a reverse-pickup link. The new item ships within 2-3 business days of us receiving the returned product.
What if my t-shirt arrives damaged or wrong?
Email shopping247in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement and pick up the wrong item - no questions, no return shipping cost.
How long should a Suvy t-shirt last?
The 240 GSM fabric and reinforced shoulder seams are built for 100+ washes minimum. With cold-wash, line-dry care, customers report wearing the same tee for 2+ years and it still feels like new.
Where are Suvy t-shirts made?
Designed in India and manufactured in Indian factories that produce for international apparel labels. Suvy is owned and operated by Shopping247, a direct-to-consumer brand.
Why are your prices lower than other premium tee brands?
Because we sell direct. There is no retailer taking 60 percent, no distributor taking 20 percent. We design, manufacture, and ship to you - one handshake instead of four.
